HuskyBuy is the new UCHC eProcurement platform for
ordering supplies. Over the next few months we will be
working with over 40 vendors to add them to the new platform. Testing for selected vendors
has already begun and will
run through the beginning of 2010. In early 2010 more
vendors will be added and the site will be opened up to more
areas of the facility. Full implementation will be completed
by June 30, 2011.
We are close to having our first four vendors up on the
platform and we are well into our testing process. We have
successfully completed the Focus group revisions and
training. We are currently scheduling our first user group
training for end users. This training will take place Mid
August 2009 and we are ready to meet our go live date of
August 31, 2009.
