The University of Connecticut Health
Center has updated its corporate compliance program policies
and procedures as mandated by the federal Deficit Reduction
Act (DRA) of 2005. The UConn Health Center policy,
Prevention of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (PDF), summarizes federal and Connecticut state laws aimed at
fraud, waste, and abuse in health care programs.
In accordance with the DRA, we require
that you comply with our Corporate Compliance Program
